Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is a professional outsideindustrial sales role, meeting face-to-face and remotely with existing and prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have an achievement focus, a consultative sales approach, excellent communication and presentation skills, outstanding customerserviceand mechanical aptitude. You must be aself-starterand be comfortable working on your own in the field. What you will do: Increase business at current key accounts. Develop and capitalize on new business opportunities and build key customer relationships. Collaborate with Sales Leader to develop and execute a sales plan to achieve. Develop thorough understanding of customer market positions, their products/ services, and competitive landscape. Develop and maintain product knowledge, relationship building and professional business development and sales techniques. Active engagement with continuous improvement education & training and professional/personal development in alignment with company programs. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer satisfaction. All other duties as assigned. What’s in it for you? Essential job functions include inspecting equipment and installations and moving, transporting, or handling products and materials up to 50 pounds. These activities may involve standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and traversing customer locations.
