Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long-Term Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment while assisting with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
• Monitor and record vital signs, report changes in patient conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident areas.
• Use proper body mechanics and equipment to ensure safe patient transfers.
• Support residents with incontinence care and personal hygiene.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Current NY CNA license required in hand to submit.
• Experience with electronic charting systems, preferably EPIC.
• Ability to float as needed and provide coverage on weekends (every other weekend).
