Loan Processor

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Loan Processor to join our Land Home team. Essential Functions Works directly with a Loan Originator to process loans from approval to clear to close. Sends out new approvals to borrowers with a detailed list of additional documents needed for the file after initial underwriting. Reviews documents received from borrowers to ensure they are sufficient to clear conditions prior to submitting to underwriting. Organizes the title package, appraisal, and borrower conditions within the file for underwriting review. Updates fees and properly re‑discloses the file. Ensures all required documents are received in the file prior to clear to close review by underwriting. Performs related duties as assigned by the Processing Manager. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in finance or banking preferred. At least 2‑3 years of professional office environment required, preferably as an administrative or mortgage assistant. Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, etc. Highly motivated and goal‑oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to manage a loan pipeline and associated incoming work to meet expected turn times. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and ability to quickly gain proficiency in the company’s proprietary mortgage software products. Physical Demand Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
