Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your home while engaging clients in meaningful therapy sessions. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend obligations, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center for teens and young adults, you will take on a range of important responsibilities, including:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging and supportive group sessions that promote peer connection and shared learning experiences.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling sessions that help clients navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while guiding them toward actionable coping strategies.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences.
\n
• Monitoring Progress: Use assessment tools and client feedback to track progress and evaluate therapy outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, discuss complex cases, and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often faces a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will help these individuals navigate their difficulties, promote emotional well-being, and support them on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional mental health support.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate approach to counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
