This role enhances the customer experience by delivering in-depth product knowledge in a pressure-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the car expert and brand ambassador on the showroom floor.
• Educate customers on vehicle features, technologies, and specifications.
• Conduct personalized demonstrations, presentations, and answer product-related questions.
• Support sales consultants with product details throughout the sales process.
• Ensure a world-class, customer-centric experience that aligns with our client standards.
