Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on personalized therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health needs through diagnostic evaluations and interviews, providing comprehensive treatment plans that foster personal growth.

• Employ a range of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and systems theory to support positive client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with our center's standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State, ensuring compliance with local and national licensing standards.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
