Your Role
As a Home Care Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Overseeing client and staff schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Welcoming new clients and ensuring a smooth admission process.
- Keeping Home Healthcare Aides informed about clients' care plans and addressing any needs that arise.
- Ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and local regulations and standards.
- Handling phone calls, document management, and visitor interactions.
- Participating in staff meetings and supporting the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Home Healthcare setting. TBI/NHTD experience preferred but not required (We are willing to train the right candidate).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle various tasks with a positive attitude.

- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm. (we rotate a on-call phone, this will also be part of your schedule once training is completed)
- $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (to be discussed based on experience).
