* Communicated with members to collect required documentation, provide loan status updates, and deliver excellent customer service.
* Maintained accurate records, tracked workflow tasks, and updated loan information in internal systems.
* Collaborated with internal departments, vendors, and third parties to resolve discrepancies and support timely loan processing.
* Generated reports, monitored pipeline activity, and identified opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
* Performed administrative duties while adhering to company policies and federal lending regulations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
