Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual initial assessments to understand each client's unique challenges and develop tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, employing evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.

In this role, you will provide services to a diverse demographic, focusing on individuals, couples, and families facing varying challenges. You will work with clients from different backgrounds, including children, adults, and family units, providing culturally competent care that recognizes and respects each individual’s unique experiences and perspectives. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering mental health services.

• Experience working with a range of populations, including families, couples, and adolescents, employing therapeutic techniques suited to diverse needs.

• Familiarity with diagnosis and treatment planning using the DSM-5.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to document and manage client information efficiently.
