Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport, and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries to foster a trusting therapeutic environment.

• Conducting regular client meetings to discuss treatment progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and potential discharge when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans, adjusting strategies based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish treatment goals as part of the initial consultation.

• Scheduling and conducting individual therapy sessions each week, leveraging telehealth technology to engage effectively with clients.

• Engaging in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills through reflective practice and feedback.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to a youth demographic, addressing common challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

The essential qualifications for this position include:

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
