Business Analyst Location: Minneapolis MN Position Type: Fulltime or Contract Rate: DOE $/hr. On w2 only DOE $/yr. No Visa sponsorship available for this Job (US Citizen, Green Card, GC-EAD, H1B) Job Description 8+ years of experience in business analysis with solid domain knowledge in Retail Lending area Platform experience Encompass product knowledge from Ellie Mae, D+H DecisionPro, LaserPro from Finastra. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Extremely good at understanding business needs, converting them into requirement documents Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross functional team members and management Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions Advanced technical skills Excellent documentation skills Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing top performing teams. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, developing and implementing solutions Performing requirements analysis Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies Working closely with business teams, clients, technical team and managerial staff Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements Georgia IT Inc
