Key Highlights Weekly pay: $3,688-$3,904 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 15 weeks Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Start date: 08/24/2026 Setting: Hospital Responsibilities Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures as ordered, including bone scans and other standard nuclear medicine studies Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and monitor for adverse reactions, ensuring patient safety and ALARA practices Calibrate, operate, and perform basic quality control on gamma cameras and related imaging equipment Prepare and maintain accurate procedure notes, imaging reports, and patient records in the appropriate systems Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and staff to ensure timely, high-quality patient care and imaging results Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and patient privacy guidelines in a hospital setting Requirements Active California license to practice Nuclear Medicine Technology (NM license) Nuclear Medicine (NM) license as applicable Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to work a Days shift in a hospital setting Willingness to participate in a 15-week travel assignment Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the contract Weekly pay and employer processing support Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
