Position Summary As a Project Manager, you will oversee both residential and commercial mitigation projects. From start to finish, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Unlike other industries, our projects present unique challenges, and no two days are the same. You will interact daily with in-house technicians, property managers, and insurance professionals. Experience And Skill Requirements Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience managing insurance mitigation residential or commercial projects Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in various phases Proven ability to build and manage schedules, and perform job‑site quality control Experience managing job‑level financials including budgeted and actual expenses, gross margin targets, and change‑order control Ability to conduct site walks, climb ladders, and work in active restoration environments Strong organizational skills Team‑oriented mindset Possess client‑facing skills to communicate effectively with all involved parties throughout the process Experience working with time and materials Valid driver’s license with a stellar driving record Xactimate estimating (highly preferred) Compensation And Benefits Base salary based on experience level Bonuses based on profitability Company vehicle or car allowance and fuel card Laptop, smartphone, and all the tools you will need to assure success Employer‑paid employee life insurance Medical, vision, and dental insurance Disability coverage Pet Insurance 401(k) plan Observed paid holidays Generous paid time off and much more Equal Opportunity Statement BMS CAT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
