Office Manager

Office Manager Real Estate Industry | Conway, Arkansas Full-Time | On-Site | M-F 8am-5pm We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of a growing real estate brokerage in Conway. This person will work closely with the business owner to keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, stays ahead of deadlines, communicates well, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments, and meetings Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and general communication Assist with resident applications and onboarding, including entering approved residents into company systems following approval by supervising brokers Maintain organized digital and physical files and records Complete data entry and maintain accurate information in company systems Assist with document preparation, organization, and tracking Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other business contacts as needed Help manage office supplies and maintain an organized, professional office environment Follow up on outstanding items and help ensure deadlines and commitments are met Qualifications Previous experience in office management, administrative coordination, executive assistance, or a similar role Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly Proficient with common office technology and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Real estate or property management experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement Full-time, on-site position inConway, Arkansas Dynamic and fast-paced work environment
