Job Summary
The HR Operations Specialist supports the accurate administration of HR systems and employee records. This role ensures timely processing of personnel transactions, data integrity, and compliance for payroll and HR operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, maintain, and audit employee data in ADP (EV6) and related HR systems.
- Process employee lifecycle changes accurately and on time to support payroll and compliance.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding personnel records with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR/HCM team.
- Assist with additional HR duties and projects as needed.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience; healthcare preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems; ADP (EV6) required; UKG a plus
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, formatting).
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong auditing skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and confidentiality practices.
Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
