For more information, please click here.SHIFTNo Shift ($0) (United States of America)The HR Generalist for Orchid's manufacturing facility in Santa Ana, CA is responsible for supporting the business and operations leaders, team members and leading HR at the site. They support and guide our culture of positive employee relations, lead and develop team members using standard processes, ensure the growth of our positive business culture through behaviors that align with our core values and leadership competencies, and maintain and improves HR processes including but not limited to payroll, recruitment, benefits, training and regulatory compliance.WHAT YOU WILL DODrives accomplishment of business and HR strategies and goals through trusted partnerships with business leaders and teams.Provides input to and implements the Global HR Strategy; identifies and creates processes, tools, and analytics that support achievement of goals within the HR Key Focus Areas. The HR Key Focus areas and elements are: 1) Talent Alignment and Development – Right People, Right Place, Working on the Right Things & Rowing in the Right Direction. A Pipeline of Talent for our Current & Future Needs.
