Commercial Sales Representative

The Opportunity

Bellamy Strickland is looking for an experienced, driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Commercial Sales Department.

We are specifically looking for someone with a background in B2B commercial sales who knows how to prospect, build relationships, and develop a book of business. Experience in construction sales, heavy equipment, industrial sales, wholesale/distribution, fleet, commercial services, or a similar B2B industry is strongly preferred.

You do not need automotive sales experience. We can teach our products. We are looking for someone who already knows how to sell to businesses, is comfortable getting in front of decision-makers, and is ready to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial business throughout the market
• Conduct outside sales visits to businesses, contractors, job sites, and fleet customers
• Cold call, make business drop-ins, and consistently build your pipeline
• Develop long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right Chevrolet, GMC, or Isuzu commercial vehicle solutions
• Provide quotes, present inventory, and manage opportunities through the sales process
• Maintain consistent CRM activity and follow-up
• Work closely with management, internal departments, and upfit partners

What We're Looking For

• Proven B2B/outside sales experience
• Commercial, construction, heavy equipment, industrial, wholesale/distribution, fleet, or related sales experience strongly preferred
• A self-starter with a strong desire to prospect and develop new business
• Comfortable cold calling, walking into businesses, and building relationships from the ground up
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented, organized, and accountable
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
