Insurance Sales Agent

Bankers Life® is searching for future agents to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic hybrid remote environment. We help you jumpstart your new insurance agent career with training and financial incentives. You’ll begin your journey training in our office with the ability to transition to a hybrid remote work environment when you’re ready. Responsibilities Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base Compensation In the first 4 weeks, all new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses totaling $1,000. This is a full‑time role where we compensate your work through multiple types of compensation. First‑year entry‑level agents average $50,000 – $80,000. First‑year agents can also receive up to $19,000 in additional income through our sales matching programs. Experienced sales agents that have been a part of Bankers Life for two or more years earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses. Benefits / Support Flexible work environment once you complete your new agent training period (usually 4–12 weeks) Set your own hours with options to work in the field, onsite, and/or in a hybrid capacity per your preference with the support of branch leadership Pre‑licensing training free of charge; individuals must pay for the state exam required to sell life and health products in their state Multiple career tracks, including benefit‑eligible management positions within local office structure Qualifications / Key Qualities Sales‑minded and open to connecting via phone and your network Passion for people and developing sales relationships Goal‑oriented, with a focus on achieving sales success Excellent time management and organizational skills Interested in learning about finance Willingness to meet customers where they are comfortable and provide excellent customer service (home or office settings) Bankers Life agents are provided pre‑licensing training free of charge; individuals will need to pay for the state exam required to sell life and health products in their state.
