Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities Provide HR guidance and support to the Distribution Center across a breadth of areas including talent management, employee development, performance management, change management and associate relations. Manage the successful and consistent implementation of HR initiatives. Act as a progressive participant in the business, living our purpose (Let Go & Have Fun). Assess the HR implications of business initiatives and provide advice to the management team. Partner with business leaders to create a fun, positive associate experience. Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions and work with the business to ensure plans are actively put into practice. Develop and implement people solutions to make teams more effective. Work with leaders to create exciting, fun, safe and productive work environments that result in the best associate experience in retail. Play a vital role in creating and sustaining our amazing culture. Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics. Define business area talent management. Develop HR strategy to support the business area. Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals. Oversee the execution of Human Resources practices, systems, programs, and policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 5 years experience in human resources or related field OR 7 years experience in human resources or related field. Preferred, but not required: Human resources certification (for example, PHR, SPHR, GPHR). Experience with a new building opening is a plus.
