As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a lively retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to guests and staff. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and engaging in clear communication. What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential problems and provide assistance as needed. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related needs and concerns at the location. Complete required reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
