Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or teacher’s aide in a school setting is highly valued

• Ability to follow teacher direction while showing initiative and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in managing daily activities and instructional tasks
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, adapting materials as needed
• Supervise students in the classroom and during other school activities

• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student progress
