Express Employment Professionals is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to manage the scheduling and coordination of our clients home health aides in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures patients receive timely, high-quality care by managing daily schedules, verifying visit data, and acting as a primary point of contact for patients, aides, and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule & Coverage Management: Assign and manage case coverage for home health aides to guarantee all patient care needs are fully met.
• System Operations: Utilize HHA exchange software to monitor missed visits, verify Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), and resolve operational issues.
• Documentation: Maintain precise, thorough patient records and shift notes in the system.
• Communication & Support: Respond to inquiries from patients, aides, and insurance companies, serving as a helpful liaison and navigating patient care needs.
• Operational Collaboration: Partner with team members to resolve staffing gaps and achieve daily operational targets.
• Case Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned cases with patient health and well-being as the top priority.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Homecare Staffing Coordinator or in a direct home care scheduling role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with HHAexchange software and standard computer applications.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient and partner interactions.
• Able to work outside office hours and work overtime if required.
