Job Title
You will assist your manager in the management and administrative organization of the establishment. Your missions will focus particularly on:
- Coordinating and facilitating the circulation of information between the establishment/the Direction and the other services of the association, between the Director/Head of Service and the different members of the team;
- Playing a relational interface role, even in reporting;
- Participating in the elaboration of administrative files intended for external organizations;
- Handling invoicing, settlements, and accounting entry;
- Performing a follow-up/reporting of the activity of its service through dashboards;
- Informing the dashboards related to the HR function (tracking of personnel, social data), following absences, leaves, hirings, and departures;
- Writing letters, reports, and various professional writings.
- Cash collection of deposits and financial participations of users

Holder of a BAC specialty in Assistantship and management, you master all the technical skills of the secretariat, the tools of the office pack, and possess real knowledge in accounting. You know how to plan and organize your work to achieve the objectives set collectively and individually. With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to develop effective working relationships, be cooperative, and able to promote harmony within a group and contribute to the smooth functioning of the service. Very comfortable in writing and speaking, you know how to communicate information with clarity and conciseness.
