Account Manager, Hospital Sales (Sacramento, CA) (Field Sales role)

Haemonetics seeks an Account Manager to sell capital equipment, disposables, and software in hemostasis management and cell salvage portfolios to hospitals in Sacramento, CA. The role involves territory management, new business development, and post-sale implementation across acute care surgical and critical care environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage territory sales goals, revenue targets, and account profitability for equipment and consumables
- Develop and execute territory plans to grow existing business and prospect new accounts
- Identify key decision-makers, educate stakeholders, and build clinical champions for technologies
- Function as project manager post-sale, coordinating installation, software integration, and validation
- Provide quarterly sales forecasts and maintain accurate account data in CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in complex environments
- 2+ years of hospital sales experience
- Consultative and capital equipment sales expertise
- Clinical sales background
- Strong analytical and CRM data management skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% within assigned territory
