Lead Grader - Centralized Processing - Campus Job Category : Retail Requisition Number : LEADG012257 Posted : February 17, 2026 Full-Time Rate: $15.60 per hour Locations Showing 1 location Campus 000 4005 Campus Dr Fort Worth, TX 76119, USA Job Title: Lead Grader - Centralized Processing Locations: Goodwill North Central Texas --- 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas Salary: $15.60 per hour Work Hours: FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am Benefits: Company paid basic term life, Paid Time Off, voluntary medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and 401(k) General Job Duties: Directs personnel to utilize the equipment in the sorting, grading, hanging, categorizing, pricing, distribution, and storage of clothing and other textiles to meet established production goals. Will not be authorized to hire, terminate, or discipline any employee. Establishes and maintains a system of record‑keeping and report generation which is responsive to the requirements of Goodwill Industries as well as Federal, state, and private agencies. Upkeep of equipment and maintain adequate supplies needed for daily work activities. Maintains a safe, secure, clean workplace. Skills/Qualifications: Must be experienced in pricing and inventory systems. Knowledge of textiles very desirable. Background in sorting and grading textile useful. Must be experienced with a good past record in the supervising of people in an industrial setting. Ability to work with and guide team members with disabilities and the disadvantaged. Must have current forklift certification or the ability to acquire within 60 days of employment. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a warehouse setting which includes noise, some extremes in temperature and dust. Sufficiently mobile to supervise employees in all areas of the work place and grounds. May be required to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate effectively with associates.
