Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify their needs, concerns, and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid independent state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Candidates with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.

• Strong analytical skills to perform professional evaluations and treatment planning through a comprehensive understanding of mental health diagnoses.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficient computer literacy and adaptability to different telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
