Operations Coordinator

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Regional Director of Operations at our anesthesia physician practice management group based in Addison, Texas. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing administrative support to enhance operational efficiency across our practice locations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Regional Director of Operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, coverage grids and correspondenceCommunication Coordination: Serve as liaison between regional office, practice locations, and medical staff to ensure effective information flowProcess Improvement: Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and support implementation of process improvementsCompliance Monitoring: Help ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, credentialing processes, and quality assurance standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare or operations experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management softwareStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations preferredWhy Join UsAt OrthoMed, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to operational excellence and exceptional patient care.
