Construction Laborer – CivilsThe Construction Laborers at CellSite Solutions perform general construction and maintenance work related to telecommunications. Under the direction of a crew lead, the main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to forming & placing concrete footings and pads, digging holes and trenches, site restoration, installing underground conduit and wiring, building and repairing fencing, performing basic electrical and mechanical work, and other field construction activities. This position is the face of our company and delivers high-quality results to ensure customer satisfaction.Required Skills/Abilities:Travel is required, typically no more than 2-3 weeks at a timeMust have a "SAFETY ALWAYS" mentalityAbility to work overtime weeklyMust meet company insurability requirements to operate motor vehiclesOperate hand and power toolsOperate construction equipment such as mini-excavators and skid steersRead and interpret construction drawings or written scope of workMust be able to navigate Microsoft software such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.Displays pride in workmanship and qualityProblems solvingMust be a team player with good communication skills and display professionalismAbility to remain flexible as specific assignments change.Must be able to lift and carry at least 75 pounds at a time.Must be able to work in all weather conditions.Must be able to function a tablet and smartphone to access prints, emails, and photosEducation and Experience:Prior job experience preferred.Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is requiredBenefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-paid STD, LTD and $50k Life Insurance Policy401k with Company MatchPaid Maternity/Paternity LeavePaid Holidays80 hours PTO annually based upon accrualThis position is hourly and eligible for overtime.
