Paralegal PositionMandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Farmington Hills, MI office.This a full-time, in-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office.Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume.What You'll Do:Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks.Drafting settlement documents, e-filing, submitting settlement offer for client approval.Frequent written communication via Email with Opposing Counsel and ClientsManage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.Paralegal Certificate or associate's degree (preferred).Prior law firm experience - requiredBasic knowledge of civil litigationAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)Medical, Dental, and vision coverage; 401K plan with company matchPTOPaid Parental LeaveCompany-paid Life InsuranceShort and Long Term Disability InsuranceOpportunities for advancement and professional developmentSalary $22-$28/Hour DOE
