job summary:
This role to lead operational support and continuous improvement for an enterprise ArcGIS Enterprise GIS platform. Manage prioritized backlog spanning incidents, security remediation, enhancements, and testing readiness, partnering with technology and business teams.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

- Lead incident intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.

- Manage and track security vulnerabilities including CVE-related risks.

- Own Jira backlog including epics, stories, defects, and sprint prioritization with regular discussion with Leader and PO

- Coordinate testing across technology and business teams.

- Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide leadership reporting on progress, risks, and impediments.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management (Jira preferred).

- Experience supporting GIS or enterprise platforms.

Other Preferred Requirements & Qualifications (Based on Area of Responsibility):

Education: GIS or Technology related coursework

Experience: JIRA, Agile/Scrum

License/Certifications: Scrum certifications
