Sr Technical Business Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Roles and Responsibilities – GIS Platform Support Lead (ArcGIS Enterprise) Lead the operational support, maintenance, and administration of the ArcGIS Enterprise GIS platform to ensure high availability and performance. Manage and prioritize the backlog of incidents, service requests, security remediation activities, enhancements, and testing requirements. Coordinate with business stakeholders, GIS users, and technology teams to gather requirements and align platform improvements with organizational goals. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolution of production incidents. Oversee security patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities for the GIS environment. Plan, coordinate, and support application releases, upgrades, and platform enhancements. Ensure testing readiness by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities. Develop and maintain operational procedures, support documentation, and knowledge base articles. Track and report key performance metrics, service levels, incident trends, and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with infrastructure, database, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to optimize platform performance and reliability. Identify opportunities for process automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Facilitate backlog grooming, prioritization meetings, and status reviews with stakeholders. Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support team members and GIS analysts.
