- Process semi-monthly payroll , review timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, account coding, vendor maintenance, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Support accounts receivable activities by preparing invoices, tracking reimbursements, reconciling customer accounts, and maintaining vendor records
- Record general ledger (GL) journal entries , cash receipts, payroll transactions, and perform account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Assist with bank reconciliations, deposits, budget-to-actual reporting, and year-end activities including W-2 and 1099 preparation
- Provide accounting support, customer service, and guidance on financial policies and procedures across departments
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting; 5+ years preferred
- Strong proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, financial reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy
- Proven ability to identify discrepancies and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and customer service experience to communicate with team members, vendors, and other external partners.
