We're seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented AP/AR & Payroll Specialist to join our team. If you're organized, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you! Responsibilities: Process and manage vendor invoices and payments (Accounts Payable) Track customer payments and issue invoices (Accounts Receivable) Prepare and process payroll and maintain accurate employee timesheets. Handle new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation. Maintain accurate financial records and organized filing systems. Support the office team with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks. Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and team members. Qualifications: 2+ years of AP/AR, payroll, or bookkeeping experience preferred Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software required Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
