Flex Fitness Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team at our Rehabilitation Center in Manassas, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients based on comprehensive assessments of their physical conditions, including historical medical data.
• Administer physical therapy treatments using evidence-based practices, ensuring that procedures are tailored to individual needs.
• Manage patient care for diverse demographics, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations, adapting techniques and modalities as needed.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment protocols and activities to enhance recovery and health maintenance.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly and in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians and nursing staff, to optimize patient care and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.
• Engage actively in departmental quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Mentor physical therapy assistants and interns, providing guidance and oversight to promote optimal service delivery.
• Participate in continuing education and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest physical therapy practices and technologies.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance service awareness and referrals to the department.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists are tasked with providing services to a wide array of patients, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. This includes working with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions across various age groups. Qualifications

• A valid state-issued license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, and manual dexterity tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience working with a range of patient populations.
• Proficiency in utilizing therapy modalities and rehabilitative equipment.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation requirements.
• Prior involvement in program development or quality improvement initiatives is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
