Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize methods such as exercise, stretching, hands-on therapy, and therapeutic equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as required based on their responses.
• Implement assistive devices and train patients, caregivers, and family members on their proper usage to promote independence in daily activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and progress regarding patient readiness and recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer-reviewed literature to maintain current knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must possess a valid state license in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
