Work Environment

This position is onsite, providing in-home care to patients in Fairfax, Virginia. You will be part of a collaborative team that values a supportive and well-equipped setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that address specific functional limitations.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, utilizing both manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, as well as specialized equipment to enhance mobility and overall functionality.
• Establish measurable goals with patients to chart their progress, and adapt treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
