Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to gain insight into their mental health challenges and design effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing tailored therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish personalized therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Provide effective teletherapy solutions for clients facing mobility issues or who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to quality mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with clinical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will encompass diverse populations, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and other mental health challenges. You will be equipped to create an environment of trust where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, promote healing, and work toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
