Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of experience in other settings

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift: Days
• Working Hours: 0800-1830
• Schedule: Open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week (until 7:30pm)
• Floating to other facilities may be required
