You would manage transactions from contract to close, own the CRM, support the team, and protect Robert's time, not because someone is watching, but because that is simply the standard you hold yourself to.You will help manage the flexibility in Robert's day so he can communicate with clients if he's slightly running behind, because, again, he is a relationship builder. When a client is handed off to you, they should feel like they are still in the best hands in San Diego. Warm, thorough, and nothing falling through the cracks. You live within a 40-minute commute to North Park.
