This position allows for flexibility, enabling counselors to support clients from the comfort of their own environments while addressing critical mental health needs. Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate a work-life balance that suits both the counselor and their clients. We pride ourselves on our comprehensive telehealth platform, which supports a hybrid work setting that includes both video consultations and over-the-phone care. Our practice operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, giving our counselors the autonomy to create schedules that work best for them and their clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

The LPC will take on a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the mental well-being of our patients:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient’s trauma history and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are focused on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that aid patients in processing trauma, developing coping mechanisms, and encouraging emotional healing.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention support during instances of trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available support resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities focused on the principles of trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPC will work primarily with individuals seeking support for trauma-related issues, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our patient population values a supportive approach and looks for therapists who can provide accessible, empathetic care. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as an LPC in the state of Texas.
\n
• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidenced-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• The ability to maintain professionalism under high-stress situations.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Prior experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
\n
• A willingness to work with couples, with training provided by our clinic.
\n
• A track record of self-managed note taking and time-sensitive documentation completion, preferably within 24 hours.
\n
• Previous work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually. Alongside a guaranteed income, we also provide:
