Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, implementing personalized treatment plans that aim for measurable and positive outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify each client's emotional needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with all state regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and organizational policies, actively contributing to quality assurance and client care continuity.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case reviews, where you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance your practice and address clients' complex needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
