Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will undertake a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, emphasizing measurable progress and positive outcomes tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and relational dynamics, ensuring a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and needs.

Your work will primarily involve clients from diverse backgrounds seeking help with various issues, including trauma recovery, relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, and transitional life stages. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Vermont.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapy setting, ideally focused on relationship and family dynamics.

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are required, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and/or family systems therapy will be given preference. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

InStride Health Associates offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
