Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand the needs and challenges of clients, and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation reflecting treatment progress, interventions used, and follow-up strategies, in line with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage family members in therapeutic processes where appropriate, ensuring that all participants feel heard and valued during sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our commitment to our employees is reflected in a competitive annual salary ranging between $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
