About the Role As a Patient Coordinator, you are the face of the brand — welcoming clients into its thoughtfully curated space and guiding them through their experience with warmth, knowledge, and care. This role is a blend of front-desk operations, personalized customer care, and confident sales. You will be a trusted resource for new and existing clients, often fielding inquiries about current promotions and converting those into booked services. Patient Coordinators help maintain the high standard of customer experience that defines the brand, ensuring every interaction reflects its values of intention, trust, and results-driven care.
