Work Environment\n

As a member of our outpatient office team, you will work remotely, allowing for flexibility while ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. You’ll be part of a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional satisfaction. While the majority of your engagement will occur during standard business hours—Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.—there may be occasions where you are required to accommodate evening or weekend appointments based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs effectively.

The clients you will serve encompass a wide spectrum of mental health needs, ranging from those dealing with significant mood disorders and anxiety issues to individuals recovering from trauma and substance use disorders. Your empathetic and skilled approach will be instrumental in fostering a safe space for clients from various backgrounds to explore their mental health concerns and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus to new hires.
