Administrative Office Manager

Sunesis Holdings

Sunesis Environmental is seeking an experienced BI-LINGUAL Administrative Office Manager. You will be working within the operations/estimating team, which processes all paperwork related to project operations as well as provides corporate administrative support. Your Responsibilities Would Include: Heavy emphasis on daily accounting input of job invoices Applications (receiving, reviewing, gathering all documentations, and assisting new employees with their applications) Office Supply orders and Building maintenance request. Accounts Payable (Entering invoices, reviewing statement, requesting compliance paperwork, and answering inquiries) COI / Bond requests Prequalification for new clients and existing. Submittals (notifications, compliance, and requirements on new projects) Bid Assistant (acquiring bid documents, help gather compliance and require documentation) Interact with project managers/engineers/estimators and other internal departments, as well as subcontractors and customers to provide administrative support and ensure accuracy of paperwork. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook. Experience in HCSS (Heavyjob), Viewpoint Vista is a plus. Must possess problem solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
