Accounting Assistant

Job Description We are looking for a person who is knowledgeable with bookkeeping, account receivables, account payables, payroll, financials, customer relationships, invoice auditing, taxes, and keeping accurate records. You should be familiar with accounting programs such as Sage or Quick books. Your duties include accounting updates, assisting with sending out invoices, managing customer billing reconciliations and phone calls regarding Credit Cards and ACH ledger additions. Please list your qualifications and past history in accounting. Add the dates worked and what you enjoyed about your job in accounting. We do minimal training on how to adjust to our system in Sage Software 100. We are looking for someone with an accounting background.
