Responsibilities The storeroom clerk is responsible for supplying all food & beverage outlets with food products. Ensures all received product is checked for weights, temperature, and quality Fill requisitions for F&B outlets Receive fresh dry products daily and rotate as needed Inform Executive Chef and Production Chef of product nearing the end of its shelf life Take inventory and report to accounting Requirements Must be age 21 High School Diploma or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position #J-18808-Ljbffr ViziRecruiter,LLC.
