You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports related to incidents, patrol observations, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least two years of security-related experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Guard Card or license is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
