Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to medical and telemetry patients aged 18 and above with acute and chronic conditions.
• Manage titratable drips, chest tubes, tracheostomies, and complex wound care.
• Ensure adherence to team-based care models involving RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and virtual nurses.
• Prepare to float frequently to meet hospital staffing needs, including potential moves to other facilities or campuses.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams including care techs, transport, and paramedics.
• Comply with facility's nicotine-free policy and adhere to specified uniform and dress codes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license; pending Nebraska RN State License accepted with conditions.
• Two years of Telemetry experience in large, urban hospitals.
• BLS certification required and proficiency in managing cardiac drips and complex cases.
• Experience with high patient ratios; Days 1:8 and Nights 1:9.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system is mandatory.
• Preparedness to work within team-based care delivery models and maintain high professional standards.
